Tournament Rules and Regulations
1. The following rules will apply to all sections:
(a) The tournament may be played using the SWISS PAIRING FORMAT (16 Draws)
(b) Matches will start at 16.00pm on Friday 3 June
(c) Late entries will not be accepted.
(d) Draws will only be published the date that the tournament starts
(e) An sms will be sent the latest the day before the start of the tournament with your 1st playing time
(f) A player withdrawing after the draws have been made will be liable for the entry fee
(g) Prize-winners must attend the prize giving function or forfeit their prize.
(h) A player not arriving for a match or withdrawing without good reason (e.g. injury) in the tournament will
forfeit all prize money and may be fined up to R500 and barred from future tournaments (as decided
by disciplinary committee).
(g) Tournament Referee: Craig van der Wath. Tournament Referee’s decision is final on all matters.

2. By entering you agree to receive communications, agreements, documents and notices that we may
provide/distribute in connection with The Racket Shop/Parkview Squash Centre. You also agree that photo’s
taken at the event may be posted on our social media platforms
